Business Focus Meetings

These meetings allow us to spend half a day focusing on a critical aspect of your business. This could be an issue that is stopping your business from growing or an area that if improved, would have a major effect on profit, cash, your free time or business growth.

Subjects could include:

• Goal setting (both personal and business) and an action plan to help get you there
• How to organize your business so that it functions more smoothly and you get more time off.
• Ways to remove blocks that are stopping your business from growing
• Creating and communicating a unique selling point
• Knowing and improving your position in the market
• How to boost your customer base
• Retaining and selling more to your existing customers
• How to value your products and services correctly, and sell them at the optimum price (including forecasting the effect on profit of a price increase).
• How to deliver fantastic customer service and gain more customers than you lose .
• How to get the most out of your team members.

All good ideas generated in the meetings are turned into agreed action plans, which are typed up by Machin Accounting and sent to all attendees. These are then reviewed in the next meeting and checked for effectiveness then refined if necessary.
